please include the following:

1. A copy of current training file
2. A brief statement addressing the following 3 items:

A. What does the fire service mean to you?
B. What can you bring to the Ocean City FOOLS?
C. Why do you want to be an Ocean City FOOL?

Upon receipt, your application will be forwarded
to the Membership Committee for consideration.

The Membership Committee reserves the right to
request additional information and/or a personal interview.
